In the bottom left corner, click your profile picture or initials. Select View account. Where you see your current profile, select the pencil icon. Select change photo. Select the image file you want to use. Select the save button. The new profile picture saves automatically everywhere else in Microsoft 365. Verification Your new profile picture should appear in Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 applications within a few minutes. If it does not appear immediately, refresh the application or log out and log back in.</description>
