Extension 404. jake.mcspirit@onepointbfg.com&#xA;Outlook on the Web and New Outlook (Recommended) Check if Your Calendar is Shared Open Outlook on the web. Select the Calendar icon. In the left pane, right-click your calendar (usually named “Calendar”) and choose Sharing and permissions. Review the list of people or groups who have access. Stop Sharing Your Calendar In the Sharing and permissions window, find the person or group. Select the trash can icon (Remove) next to their name. To remove “Everyone in organization,” click the X to delete that entry. Share or Change Permissions In Sharing and permissions, enter the person’s name or email address. Select a permission level: Can view when I’m busy. Only shows free/busy blocks. Can view titles and locations. Shows subject and location. Can view all details. Shows all event details. Can edit. Allows editing of calendar events. Click Share. Classic Outlook (Desktop App, Older Version) Check and Manage Permissions Open Outlook and switch to Calendar view. Right click on your specific Calendar name. In most instances it is named “Calendar” with your email next to it. Select Sharing Permissions. Review the list of people who have access. Remove or Change Access Select a name from the sharing permissions list. Remove them or change their permission level. Add New Calendar Sharing Click Add in the Sharing Permissions window. Choose the person or group. Assign a Permission Level (Free/Busy, Reviewer, Editor, or other applicable level). Troubleshooting Calendar shows as shared to “Everyone in organization” unexpectedly. Review Sharing and permissions in your calendar settings and remove the organization-wide entry. Individual permissions will replace this setting.</description>
