Remove Device from Microsoft Intune Sign in to the Microsoft Intune Admin Center. Navigate to Devices &gt; All Devices. Locate the computer by hostname or serial number. Select the device. Choose Delete to remove the device from Intune. Remove the computer’s serial number under enrollment within the device’s settings. Reset the Computer Perform a factory reset within Intune. Allow the reset process to complete successfully. Verify the device boots to the Windows Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE) or initial setup screen, confirming all company data has been removed. Coordinate Recycling Once the device has been removed from Intune and successfully reset, contact the MSP (BitxBit). Reach out to Rob Bello or Kevin Tomlin. Coordinate with BitxBit to schedule pickup or delivery to the approved electronics recycling company. Maintain a record of disposed devices for inventory and audit purposes.
